Public transportation is not the best here in Puerto Rico; therefore one of the best ways to get from A to B is to use the taxis that are regulated by the Puerto Rico Tourism Company. (PRTC). Taxis are readily available at the airport, cruise ship piers (when a cruise ship is docked) and hotels. You can also hail taxis from the street.
