“With Fiestón Cultural we seek to integrate different artistic and cultural manifestations in a family and inclusive environment. This event supports the vision of economic development of Old San Juan, mainly through crafts and promoting the concept of Ballajá Cultural District. This type of activity strengthens the tourism and economy of our neighborhood, which houses the headquarters of the main government entities and educational institutions of the arts, culture and conservation. With this party, we celebrate Ballajá in a big way, ”said the ICP executive director, Carlos Ruiz Cortés, about the event that is part of the celebration activities of the 500th anniversary of the transfer of the islet of San Juan.
