Cine en la Ventana is now Cine en tu Pueblo and to go along with the new name, this popular monthly open air cinema gets a new home at the historic and majestic Ballaja Barracks. opposite the Castillo San Felipe del Morro in Old San Juan.
Cine en tu Pueblo will host their monthly open air cinema initially at the Ballaja Barracks with plans to offer screenings in varioust towns around Puerto Rico during the year.
Each event usually includes 2 movies along with with Live Music. Artisans. Clowns and Family Entertainment.
The screenings are free and the evening is great for families and friends to get together and enjoy a movie or two; just remember to bring a chair or blanket and enjoy the fun
The first screenings at the Ballaja Barracks will be on Saturday June 11 and will feature: The Peanuts Movie (7pm) followed by The Good Dinosaur (8:45pm). Entertainment will start around 4pm, so get there early to pick your spot.
