Bean Stew
Smita Chandra explored Puerto Rico’s Cocina Criolla on a recent trip, enjoying tostones, mofongo, grilled fish, and flans. But it was the ever present rice and beans that reminded her of a favorite Indian dish Rajma or spicy kidney beans.
