Outlet Malls are a great place to shop for bargains and The Outlet Mall @ Route 66 is one of two outlet malls here in Puerto Rico, The other one being The Premium Outlets @ Barceloneta.
The Route 66 Outlet Mall located just off the Route 66 Toll Road that takes you to El Yunque and Fajardo, cnsists of 1 large main building with around 70 shops and 40 or so corridor modules all under 1 roof.
The mall is basically one long corridor with shops from brands such as: Burlingtons, Polo Ralph Lauren, Puma, Nike, Kenneth Cole, Gymboree, Guess, Gap Outlet, Tommy Hilfiger and more lining the corridor.
When you need a break from shopping, you can check out the food court, cinema and for the kids, there is an air conditioned play area and also a small carousal (both are paid activities).
Surprisingly, there is even now a gym, where the Toys R Us outlet shop was located.
Nearby, you will also find Marshalls and a Walmart
