Well if you are like me and you love seafood, then this place should be on your list, the next time you are close to San Juan, Puerto Rico. Miro’s is a seafood restaurant, whose dishes gain their inspiration from the Catalan region of Spain. It is located in the Condado area of San Juan, on the Ave. Condado. The restaurant is small and cozy and the menu focuses mainly on seafood with a few choices for the meat lover. There is a large selection of appetizers (tapas) and I would definitely recommend the sea scallop’s in garlic. The main courses start at around $18 and include mouth watering ways to prepare fresh seafood. The Dorado (mahi mahi) with garlic mushrooms was delicious as were the salmon and cod with garlic sauce.Â
Service at Miro’s was excellent without being over bearing. So if you are in the area and would like to sample Spain, in Puerto Rico, consider this small cozy restaurant.
Note: Chose a table that is not located directly under the air condtioner outlet as it can be a little chilly if they have the units on high.
