After eight years celebrating Ventana al Jazz in Condado, the monthly open air concert will move to its new home at Bahia Urbana in Old San Juan, this Sunday March 27.
The new venue at Bahia Urbana, overlooks the San Juan Bay and will continue to offer top quality artistic performances, free of cost, on the last Sunday of each month.
The Bahia Urbana location also offers the public greater options when it comes to parking. There are 7 parking areas nearby including: Dona Fela parking lots, Paseo Port, the Sheraton hotel, Covadonga, Capitol Square Parking and two parking lots at the dock close to Bahia Urbana.
The First Ventana al Jazz at Bahia Urbana will have performances by:
- 4:30pm, St. Ignatius of Loyola College Students Jazz Band
- 5:30pm, Unity Quartet
- Closing Performance by Ray Santos and Humberto Ramirez with Tropical Trumpet
